Acceptance of Terms. By using https://ploploptiresandliquidation.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, PLOPLOP TIRES AND LIQUIDATION markets and arranges Used Tires, New Tires, Vehicle Towing, Auto Parts Liquidation, Tire Installation, Tire Repair, Wheel Alignment. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by PLOPLOP TIRES AND LIQUIDATION or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PLOPLOP TIRES AND LIQUIDATION makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will PLOPLOP TIRES AND LIQUIDATION's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify PLOPLOP TIRES AND LIQUIDATION from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
